Chris Anderson (Playwright/Composer/Lyricist/Producer of Steadfast) has songwriting awards from the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, and the Songwriters Association of Washington. She plays guitar and harmonica and was producer of the monthly D.C. based Harried Americans Roadshow, an Americana, Contemporary Folk & Roots variety show. Chris is a member of the Dramatists Guild, and her PRO (performing rights organization) is Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI.)
Her releases include Just Change The Boundary (2018), the Christian Christmas project WAiT -It’s a Musical! (2004), and Gonna Get Through It (2014.)
Buddy White is a playwright, composer, director, actor, musician, conductor and author. He can’t figure out what he wants to do with his life! He retired from Currituck County Schools, where he served as director of theatre. His play Ophelia Chooses was produced at the Z in February, 2022. He previously directed Jennie Brown’s Patience First at the Z and currently serves as director for Chris Anderson’s Steadfast. He thanks God for everything, The Z for opportunities, and his wife for her support.
Niels Jonker is a Northern Virginia based retired Internet entrepreneur turned musician, engineer, and producer. He appeared in Rain Follows the Plow, showcased in the 2016 Capital Fringe festival. He’s a Berklee Online School of Music graduate, and appeared at Zeiders American Dream Theater at the very first Proteus Festival in 2018.
